Female Afro pop act Lamili has released the visuals to her single ‘Love Me Proper’. Directed by Ruff IKONZ, the video was shot in Agodi Parks and Gardens. From steamy beach scenes to playful city shots, this video has a tendency to grow on people like the audio.
According to Lamili: the concept of the video is to celebrate the beauty of love and romance. She feels love is highly misunderstood in today’s world.
Lamili developed a keen interest in music at an early age and started playing professionally from her teenage years. The Anambra indigene is also a trained makeup artiste who mastered the art of professional Makeup at QC MakeUp Academy USA.
Some of her past singles include Bend Down, I Wanna Love You, radical (which featured Timaya) and Together. Lamili does not believe in shortcuts. She understands that hard and smart work is the only way.
