“Where you Dey” is Tino Tipsy’s second video shot in Ukraine. Tino Tipsy is the 14 years old underground Nigerian kid rated as the next generation of artiste by DJ Buzzle, notable member of the popular Nigerian DJ Cartel and Nigerian online hip hop community. Having dropped several mixtape materials from far away Ukraine where he is currently studying medical science this song is his latest effort. Preparation for an album is not in the cards yet for Tino until he builds a tangible fan base which this work aims at achieving
